About the role
As the Implementation Lead you will be part of the team that brings the voice and needs of the business customer to the transformation program. You will be working closely with the Head of Business Planning & Engagement to ensure transformation success and embed the Business Banking Transformation narrative across all forms of communication. Some key functions of this role include:
Managing the Business division Delivery Framework
Facilitate multiple forums to lift accountability and transparency
Project manage strategically important or critical initiatives within the division and supporting SMEs to achieve strategic outcomes
Manage workflow and backlogs of initiatives
Stakeholder engagement and influence
Manage the Business Banking capacity planner to support resource management
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Leads across our transformation initiatives to impact efficiencies and achievements across Business Banking.
This is a full time, permanent position. We work flexibly and in a hybrid model. However, we do have consistent face to face time with the team and stakeholders on various projects.
Is this you?
To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience in portfolio management, project management and planning. We are seeking someone with
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience with leading or operating in an AGILE environment or change management
Demonstrated record of managing multiple projects and programs of work
Strong stake holder engagement and management skills
Workshop management experience
Working proficiency in Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
Six Sigma or Lean is a definite advantage
