Our client is seeking a dedicated Foundation (Prep) Teacher to join their vibrant primary school community in the Werribee region. Starting at the beginning of Term 2, 2026, this full-time role is perfect for a teacher who is passionate about the early years and committed to providing a personalized learning experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities
* Personalized Learning: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based instruction in Literacy and Numeracy, tailored to the individual needs of Foundation students.
* Social-Emotional Wellbeing: Implement Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to help our youngest learners feel safe and connected.
* Collaborative Planning: Work closely with a supportive Professional Learning Community (PLC) to plan and assess using the Victorian Curriculum.
* Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with families and our diverse community to support student transitions and success.

Selection Criteria
* VIT Registration: Full or Provisional registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (mandatory).
