Responsibilities

* Supporting the sales team on a one-to-one basis but also communicating on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders.
* Responding to customer enquiries regarding status of orders via phone or electronically.
* Assist managing correspondence and emails.
* Assist with special projects as directed.
* Processing of sales orders, exchanges and other admin duties as directed.

What you need

* Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a sales Support or Administration Assistant within a professional services or corporate environment.
* Applicants must have Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
* A professional well-presented individual.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* A proactive, dependable and solutions focused approach.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
* Strong work ethic.
* Willingness and ability to learn new processes, systems and products.
* Understanding of QHSE and safe work practices.
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
