About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for – our friendly service. Working throughout the store, Team Members perform tasks such as stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, picking orders for online customers, and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave.
What You/'ll Do
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolies
- Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other and customers protected, including reporting hazards
- Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products on their shopping journey
- Keep shelves stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping experience
- Shop for online customers and ensure they receive what they need
