We're looking for a Creative Producer & Event Manager, an end-to-end ideas-to-execution powerhouse across marketing campaigns, events and brand experiences.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll sit in the sweet spot between creative and delivery, turning briefs into strong concepts and then managing projects all the way through to execution.
You're not just a logistics-focused event manager or a deck-drafting creative; you're the person who takes an idea from brief to real life.
You're a proactive, detail-obsessed doer with creative flair, comfortable juggling multiple clients, timelines and suppliers while keeping everyone calm and informed.
What you'll do
* Lead creative responses to client briefs - concepts, theming, programming and experience design.
* Build clear proposals and decks that connect ideas back to strategy, objectives, timeline and budget.
* Manage project architecture: scoping, budgeting, resourcing and timelines.
* Act as day-to-day contact for your clients - build trust, understand their goals and keep them updated.
* Create your own mood boards to shape the aesthetic vision, collaborating with internal and external creatives to develop renders and production-ready artwork.
* Brief and coordinate designers, producers and suppliers (AV, staging, décor, entertainment, staffing, print, fabrication).
* Run the full project lifecycle: planning, production schedules, run sheets, site plans, risk assessments and onsite delivery.
* Own key milestones, KPIs and end-of-project financial reporting.
* Spot and sell in new opportunities with existing clients by staying across trends and the experiential landscape.
Why you'll love this role
* Variety: A mix of events and activations across retail, hospitality, lifestyle, sport and precincts - no two weeks look the same.
* Autonomy with support: Room to own your projects end-to-end, with a hands-on Managing Director and small team to back you.
* Growth: Opportunities to shape processes, step up on bigger projects and grow with a scaling agency.
* Creative environment: A role where your ideas don't just live in a deck – they end up on the ground, in front of real audiences.
* Good humans: A small, collaborative team culture that values initiative, honesty and a sense of humour on busy days.
What you bring
* 3+ years' experience in marketing and events (agency experience a plus).
* Proven end-to-end delivery of campaigns and events - from brief and ideation through to onsite execution.
* Strong production and event management skills; highly organised and deadline-driven.
* Excellent communication and client service skills - in email, decks, on zoom and in the room.
* Confident presenting ideas and telling a clear story through proposals.
* Experience managing budgets, reconciliations and project profitability.
* A collaborative, solutions-focused attitude - happy to roll up your sleeves onsite.
* Confident writing basic creative copy for briefs, pitches and presentations.
* Familiarity with social, digital and content-led campaigns.
* Strong skills with our core organisational tools - Microsoft Office & Google Drive.
* Experience with creative tools such as Canva, ChatGPT and Adobe Creative Suite (advantage).
* Experience with project management software such as Asana, Harvest and Slack (advantage).
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar (advantage, not essential).
If you're equal parts ideas, spreadsheets and show day 'd love to hear from you
