State Key Account Manager – NSW/ACT
to drive new business and accelerate market penetration.
Reporting to the
Head of Foodservice – Key Accounts
, this role is a highly visible, commercially focused position with accountability for winning new business across NSW/ACT, while establishing strong foundations for long-term account growth. This is a true
hunter role
, balanced with ongoing key account management once new customers are secured. Working closely with distributors and internal cross-functional teams, you will lead customer engagement from opportunity identification through to contract execution and ongoing performance.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Driving new business acquisition across mid-tier, multi-state, and QSR key accounts
* Developing and delivering compelling, insight-led sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
* Building and executing customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to deliver profitable growth
* Managing supply agreements, contracts, tenders, and compliance for secured accounts
* Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply, finance, and operations to deliver customer outcomes
We're looking for a
commercially astute Key Account Manager
with proven experience operating in FMCG and/or Foodservice, ideally with exposure to QSR and structured key accounts. You'll bring a strong new-business mindset, confidence in consultative selling, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with credibility. Analytical and organised, you'll be comfortable managing forecasts, CRM systems, and complex account activity, while remaining agile and driven in a target-led environment. Above all, you'll be proactive, resilient, and motivated by winning, growing, and building meaningful customer partnerships.
