We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Assistant to play a key role in managing our online presence and day-to-day operations. This is a diverse role where you will manage product listings, assist with marketing activities, maintain accurate inventory across stores, and provide exceptional customer and sales support.
Job Description
This part-time position (2 days per week) offers flexible hours that may be split over 3 days, based at our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms.
The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in product and inventory management, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Additionally, they will be reliable, positive, and able to work both independently and within a small team.
* Ecommerce Management: Manage the Shopify back-end and associated integrations, update the Magento 2 back-end with assistance from our developer, and create new products and update listings across our ecommerce platforms.
* Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy, including receiving purchases and stock transfers, set up new product bundles, and maintain existing ones to ensure accurate component-level stock control.
* Sales Support: Provide friendly and helpful sales support across phone orders, in-store interactions, and product enquiries.
