Charterpac Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in Gosford, NSW. This full-time position is responsible for managing and administering a wide range of Industrial / commercial contracts.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare, review, and negotiate construction and commercial contracts
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
* Manage contract variations, extensions, and renewals
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contractual issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation
* Provide support and guidance to project teams on contractual matters
* Assist with the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in contracts administration or similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
