The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our thriving Recruitment team. Based in our Cairns office, you will have day one access to our established client base, giving you the tools to bill immediately, whilst continuing to grow your portfolio through active business development.
This is a hands on, candidate and client-facing role with live jobs to fill and plenty of scope to fine tune your craft. Recruiting across on a broad range of white-collar, blue collar, temp and perm roles, you will deliver exceptional end to end talent solutions while focusing on building your client base.
What you will bring
If you are an experienced, agency-based Recruiter, with more than 2 years' experience working in a 360-degree role - we want to hear from you
Prior exposure to recruiting across both blue and white-collar disciplines will be highly regarded, including roles within business support, financial services, marketing, IT support, legal services, and operational or trade-based environments.
You will bring a people-first mindset when it comes to developing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, continually growing your portfolio through outstanding service delivery and proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities
8. Manage the full 360 recruitment process – from client acquisition to candidate placement
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across
10. Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates using multiple channels
11. Deliver tailored recruitment solutions and market insights to clients
12. Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end placement process
13. Drive business development through networking, referrals, and lead generation
14. Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records and ensure compliance
15. Stay up to date with market trends and salary benchmarking
16. Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance administration
17. Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
What We're Looking For
18. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in white/blue collar agency recruitment running a temp desk
19. Strong record of achieving placement targets and growing your portfolio
20. Excellent communication and presentation skills
21. A driven, goal-oriented mindset
22. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
23. Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders
24. Actively engage with and support candidates
25. Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
