As Site Manager Yass, you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing production planning, supporting team leaders, and guiding daily activities. You'll optimise processes, boost workforce efficiency, and ensure our site performs at its very best. Imagine leading the team that delivers over 9 million bags of product to customers across Australia, including major retailers

Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, cost-effective processes.
* Oversee site workflows to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
* Optimise workforce utilisation to meet production goals.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce delays.
* Develop operational plans that boost productivity and performance.
* Drive efficiency through smart resource management and process improvements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, local councils, and regulatory bodies.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a motivated and high-performing team.

Preferred Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or significant hands-on experience in operational management within waste management.
Required Skills
* Proven experience leading teams and making a tangible impact.
* Strong track record in managing site operations and driving process improvements.
* Ability to enhance workflows and boost productivity.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure top-quality delivery.
* Experience in resource recovery, organics recycling, quarrying, bulk materials, manufacturing or waste management operations.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure excellence in delivery.
