ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at Banyo. This is a full‐time, permanent position in a modern office environment working Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a positive experience
* Handling telephone and email inquiries
* Data entry and updating booking calendars
* Arranging taxi bookings
* Performing other customer‐related or administrative tasks as required by the site

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player, with great customer skills. You'll be attentive, professional and provide our customers with a positive repair experience. You will have good administrative and computer skills, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to problem‐solve and work efficiently. Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is not essential but highly regarded. We'll provide you with a uniform, technology, and lunch every Wednesday!
