We are a not-for-profit organisation providing essential in-home support services to elderly clients across the Marion area.
We are currently seeking Home Support Workers to assist with helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
About the Role:
As a Home Support Worker, your primary focus will be support our clients with domestic assistance. Tasks can include:
* General house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
* Laundry and linen changes
* Reporting any concerns regarding client well-being
* Personal Care
* Transportation of clients to Medical appointments, social outings and daily activities.
What You'll Need:
* Cert III individual Support or related qualification
* Flexible availability - ideally including Mondays
* You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
