About the Role
As the Customer Service Officer you will report to the Customer Service Manager and play a vital role in representing our business.
Delivering an excellent customer experience is essential to our continued success.
In This Role You Will
Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
Process orders promptly and accurately.
Provide sales and support using product knowledge.
Update customers on order status.
Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for order and transport configuration.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Hours: Monday to Friday with rotating shifts.
Shift options: 06:30am – 03:00pm or 07:30am – 04:00pm.
Qualifications
Customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and accurate data entry abilities are essential.
