Overview
A prestigious five-star hotel in Perth is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team. This pivotal role reports directly to the Commercial Director and plays a key part in shaping and executing all marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, website management, and overall branding strategies to elevate our hotel's market presence.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
* Oversee all advertising activities, ensuring alignment with the hotel's luxury positioning and target audience.
* Lead website initiatives, including content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements.
* Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and sales team to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
* Maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels.
* Support event marketing and promotional activities as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Manager.
* Previous experience working in or with smaller hotels or boutique properties is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of luxury hospitality marketing, digital marketing tools, and brand management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and website content management.
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through marketing.
