How You'll Shape What's Possible:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Marketing Coordinator for 3 days per week to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on digital marketing. This role will contribute to the development and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring our brand presence continues to grow.
How You'll Make an Impact:
* Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, digital, events, and partner activities.
* Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, website updates, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
* Assist with content creation for digital channels, including LinkedIn, EDMs, and the website.
* Help manage marketing automation and CRM tools to support lead generation and nurture campaigns.
* Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimisation.
* Maintain marketing collateral, templates, and assets to ensure brand consistency.
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of marketing projects.
The Knowledge You Bring:
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, with hands‑on exposure to digital marketing.
* Solid understanding of digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, and marketing automation tools.
* Experience with SEO practices, keyword tracking tools, and content optimisation.
* Ability to set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including UTM tagging and conversion tracking.
* Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and confidence in using Google Analytics (GA4) for reporting and insights.
* Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, and OneNote) and experienced in SharePoint.
* Comfortable working with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
