The Role: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across accounting, tax and business advisory Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns Provide practical business, tax planning, and advisory support to clients Ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines Liaise with clients and the ATO on a range of matters Lead, mentor, and support a small team of accountants Review work and provide clear, constructive feedback Manage workflow, priorities, and team performance Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems and processes Work closely with Partners to support client outcomes and business growth About You: 5 years’ experience in business services / public practice CA or CPA qualification Strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory support Proven ability to lead, mentor, or support junior team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience technical with Xero, XPM, ATO Portal and Microsoft Office You’re proactive, organised and solutions-focused Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes What’s On Offer: Well-established, reputable firm with strong regional presence Diverse client base and exposure to a range of industries Leadership opportunity with team responsibility Supportive, team-focused culture Ongoing professional development Opportunity to grow within a multi-disciplinary advisory business If you’re looking to step into a leadership role within a respected firm and build long-term client relationships while developing your career, apply now.
