About the Role Reporting into a National HR Manager and working within a team of 2 HR BP's and another HR Coordinator, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to operating in a collaborative and fast paced team, and if you already have some experience in HR and are looking to build on your expertise OR you are a strong administrator with an interest in getting into HR, this is the role for you This is a temporary role starting ASAP on an ongoing basis, working Monday-Friday, 38 hour week, 4 days in office and 1 from home per week. For the right candidate, this has the potential to convert permanent. Duties Some of your key duties will include: Manage the HR inbox and act as a first point of reference for HR queries from staff and managers across the business. Manage the HR aspects of the payroll process, including processing employment variations, requests to cash out leave, child support deductions etc. and work with the payroll team to facilitate the payroll process Co-ordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding for employees and temporary staff ensuring all items on the onboarding and offboarding checklists are complete.
