Key Responsibilities:

* Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers.
">
* Audit compliance with defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting, and Associate Experience.
">
* Identify and implement process improvements.
">
* Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects.
">
* Maintain effective communication processes between key stakeholders.
">
* Undertake additional duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
">
">
* 6+ months of human resources experience.
">
* 6+ months of customer service experience.
">
* 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
">
* High school or equivalent.
">
* Experience in confidential environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
