The Position, but not limited to
Managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use complexes
Liaising with owners/tenants
Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
Running AGM's
Periodic inspections
Support from an Assistant + Admin support
The Criteria
Experience managing your own portfolio in strata
Current property manager reg and valid driver's license
Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
Have excellent time management skills
