The role
General Office Administration
Arranging Meetings for the Senior Management Team
Filing & General Assistance to the Finance Manager
Answering & Directing Calls, & Greeting Visitors
Liaising with Third Party Providers, Ordering Office Supplies

Skills & experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have experience as a Receptionist or Office Administrator in any industry, it doesn't have to be property. Other key requirements include:
High-Level Communication & Administration Skills
Strong Capability in Microsoft Office Programs
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Exceptional Attention to Detail & Ability to Meet Deadlines
Desire to have a Successful Career in Property
