The role of Maintenance Lead Technician is a crucial part of our team. As the go-to person for general upkeep and repair in various communities, you will be responsible for assisting Community Association Managers assess or complete maintenance and improvement projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
* Providing feedback on other areas of improvement throughout the communities visited
* Preparing estimates for work requested
* Completing approved projects in a safe and timely manner
* Attending all mandatory individual and team meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bilingual (English / Spanish)
* Valid US driver's license
* Clean background / NO Felonies
* Able to work at least 40 hours a week
* Able to lift at least 45 lbs
* Minimum 3 years handyman experience with skills including drywall, power washing, painting, grout, replacing doors, and caulking.
Work Schedule
This is a Monday-Friday, 9a-5p position.
