We will champion your professional development, career progression and wellbeing.Join us in helping make an impact.Job DescriptionHow you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plansDesigning and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions.Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders.QualificationsWhat you bring to the role?Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC (Associate or Full will be accepted)Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible waysA genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people’s lives.Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.Confidence working independently in the community.Driver’s licence and vehicle required.Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.Additional InformationWhat We Offer YouWe don't just talk support, we live it!
