About the role: Ability to perform effective and efficient administration support utilising contemporary office equipment and face to face reception/administrative duties.
Capacity to establish work priorities and meet deadlines when work priorities conflict.
Demonstrated high level of work ethic and ability to adhere to organisational standards.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Skilled in working in a variety of administration areas including and not limited to Clinical Bookings, Reception, Finance, Medical Records and Ward.
The ability to work effectively with information technology as demonstrated by competent computerised keyboard skills incorporating speed, accuracy and use of computerised systems.
About you: While not mandatory, a Certificate or Diploma in Government or Office Administration or experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
