Senior Bookkeeper / Office Manager - Hospitality Group

We’re seeking a meticulous and organised Bookkeeper to manage financial operations and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance for our hospitality group. If you're detail-oriented, love working with numbers, and have experience in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
2. Oversee payroll processing with precision.
3. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial reports.
5. Maintain up-to-date ledgers in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
* Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in hospitality.
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Knowledge of payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or Cert IV in Bookkeeping.
* 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
* A passion for IT systems and software is a bonus!
