With a strong pipeline of $5M - $20M projects, they're growing and ready to bring in the right person to lead and deliver key builds across sectors like education, aged care, retail, and commercial mid-rise.
Base pay range
A$200,******/yr – A$230,******/yr

Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating across departments
What You'll Bring
Experience delivering mechanical projects $5M – $30M+
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services
Great commercial acumen – cost control, scheduling, and communication
Leadership style that's proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
Mechanical trade background or degree (ideal but not essential)
