Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Community Recovery Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals in their recovery journey, while also contributing to the development of innovative programs and services.
About the Role
The Community Recovery Worker will work closely with participants in our PARC program, both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role involves leading groups and activities onsite, as well as providing key operational support to ensure the ongoing quality of our programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individual and group support to participants in their recovery journey
* Contribute to the development of innovative programs and services
* Work collaboratively with clinical care teams to achieve positive outcomes
* Lead groups and activities onsite

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Diploma in Mental Health, AOD or related field OR tertiary qualifications in social science or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in the field of mental health and/or disability
* Current valid Driver's License and ability to undertake travel for the role
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Right to Work within Australia
* Satisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
