Your new role:
As Community Director, you will operate at a senior executive level, partnering closely with the Director of Addiction Services and MSAMHS leadership to drive strategy, performance and system integration. You'll lead across clinical governance, workforce, finance and service planning, influencing outcomes locally and statewide.
You will:
Provide strategic and operational leadership across Addiction Services
Act as deputy and authoritative advisor to the Director of Addiction Services
Lead service planning, workforce capability and resource allocation
Provide high-level oversight of governance, risk and incident management
Represent Addiction Services on statewide and multi-agency forums
About you:
You are a senior clinician and leader with deep expertise in addiction and mental health services, recognised for your ability to influence complex systems and lead change at scale.
You will bring:
Extensive leadership experience in addiction and/or mental health services
Proven ability to lead large, complex services in dynamic environments
High-level governance, financial and workforce management capability
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and system leadership skills
Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and culturally safe care
