About the Role
As Clinical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal leadership role in our youth mental health services.
You will:
* Provide leadership and supervision for a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
* Oversee quality of care and service delivery across therapeutic programs
* Champion evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical practice
* Support ongoing staff development, training, and performance reviews
* Coordinate daily operations, triage referrals, and manage resource allocation
* Contribute to individual and group therapy sessions where appropriate
* Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

About You
You are an experienced, collaborative clinician ready to lead. You bring:
* A qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work, with current registration with AHPRA or Mental Health Accreditation with the AASW
* At least 2 years of clinical leadership experience, within mental health settings
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
* Proven capacity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care
* High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience
* A commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed practices
* Experience working with young people and families
* A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
