Responsibilities
1. Research, analysis, design, modeling, and test of wireless networks including but not limited to radio frequency (RF), microwave systems, data links and digital radio.
2. Provide support in the design, development, and testing of radio frequency (RF) and/or microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, or products.
3. Track and monitor network traffic and performance to ensure minimal interruption to network transmission.
4. Prepare plans, process specifications and procedures.
5. Prepare MRP support studies, cost work standards and assignments of similar complexity and magnitude.
6. Compile and evaluate test data, prepare technical analysis, and recommend methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes.
7. Provide support in technical matters relating to Engineering Change Notices, rework, or other difficulties and specifications of a moderately complex nature.
8. Conduct analyses or tests pertaining to the development of recent methods, materials, processes or standards and provide recommendations accordingly.
9. Coordinate with other technical support personnel.
Qualifications
10. Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical training, certification(s) or experience.
11. Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
12. Certification: Candidate must possess an appropriate and current DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Certification to be considered for employment. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification is the preferred certification.
13. Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
