Operations and Recreation Management Opportunity
About the Role:
* As a senior manager, you will lead and manage recreation portfolios, overseeing operations and maintenance of council-owned assets.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in project management, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading and managing council's recreation portfolio
* Oversight of day-to-day work activities and maintenance
* Preparing tenders and project proposals
* Developing and maintaining projects and works records
* Making recommendations for maintenance and major works
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Environmental, Assets, Project Management or related discipline
* Experience in recreation, building services, or operations management
* Strong change management and interpersonal skills
* Natural ability for mentoring and supporting staff
