Marine Solutions Australia is a leading distributor of premium marine equipment, supporting world class systems across the superyacht and commercial marine sectors. With strong growth across high‑end service and commissioning work, we're expanding our technical team and seeking a Marine Engineer with a minimum of 2+ years hands on experience.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys technical problem solving, precision workmanship and working on high value vessels. You'll be responsible for:
* Diagnostics, troubleshooting and system performance testing
* Installation and integration of advanced mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
* Servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
* Commissioning, sea trials and technical support for captains and vessel owners
* Onsite and marina based work across the Gold Coast and surrounding regions
You'll work with premium brands, high end systems and a team known for quality, reliability and technical excellence.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 years hands on experience as a Marine Engineer, Marine Technician or Marine Electrician
* Strong diagnostic and fault finding capability
* Experience with mechanical, electrical or hydraulic marine systems
* Specialised experience in mechanical marine systems is essential for this role
* Ability to work independently and within a high performance team
* Professional communication with clients, captains and vessel owners
* Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
* Australian citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights required
