Role 
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant who is available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays to join our dynamic team. This role is available as either part time or casual, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, though there may be opportunities for extended hours depending on operational needs. 
Responsibilities 
- Attending to guest room requests and needs, ensuring a spotless first impression 
- Changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces with attention to detail 
- Maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are well-equipped and organised 
- Reporting maintenance issues or discrepancies promptly 
- Upholding guest privacy and security, ensuring a comfortable stay 
- Reporting lost property in accordance with hotel procedures 
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained, used, and stored properly 
- Adhering to safety protocols when handling cleaning materials and chemicals 
- Following all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S;) policies and procedures 
Qualifications 
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role (preferred, but not required) 
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude 
- Ability to work well within a team and independently 
- Flexibility with duties in a diverse department 
- Strong organisational and time management skills 
- A demonstrated understanding of chemical handling and workplace health and safety

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays 
- Reliable transport to and from work
