About The Role
We continue to experience significant growth, and we\'re looking for a seasoned, ambitious lawyer with at least 3-5 years PAE to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career, and work towards partnership while expanding their experience and expertise in a dynamic, hands-on legal practice.
In This Role, You Will
* Provide expert legal advice on commercial matters, employment, workers\' compensation and health and safety legislation.
* Represent clients in litigation and assist in defending prosecutions.
* Assist with policy drafting, compliance strategies, and dispute resolution for clients.
* Gain exposure to employment law, human rights, OH&S whilst expanding and developing your commercial law expertise, working alongside a high-performing and collaborative team.
Key Requirements
* 3-5 years\' experience in defending claims and proceedings.
* Exceptional skills drafting in plain English, negotiation, and advisory work.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic and high-performing environment.
