About the role
Lead and support factory staff, working closely with project managers and site teams
Oversee cabinet making and joinery processes from start to finish
Ensure smooth delivery through quality control
Drive improvements in systems and processes
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in joinery factory work
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Confident in reading and interpreting detailed plans and drawings
