Council is seeking an experienced and community‑focused Community Development Coordinator to lead and support a diverse range of initiatives that strengthen connection, inclusion, and wellbeing across our municipality.
In this role, you will provide leadership across youth services, volunteer programs, social recovery, community engagement, and programs for families and seniors. You will contribute to the design and delivery of social, cultural, and recreational activities that meet the evolving needs of our community.

Essential Checks: National Police Record Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check
Desirable: Experience in the local government sector, knowledge of the Devonport community and current local issues
