Our client is a global leader in advanced industrial machinery and automation technologies, supplying cutting‑edge CNC and processing equipment to industries such as furniture, construction, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, plastics, and engineered materials. With world‑class manufacturing centres and a reputation for technical excellence, they are now expanding their Western Australia sales presence and seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the region.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the WA territory across a large portfolio of existing and new customers
* Conduct regular on‑road customer visits, presentations, demonstrations and solution scoping
* Proactively identify new business opportunities across medium and large manufacturing customers
* Manage accounts across a database customers (with focus on top priority customers)
* Prepare proposals, pricing and product recommendations across the full machinery portfolio
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver accurate and efficient solutions
* Attend training sessions, events and occasional interstate and European training trips
* Maintain strong pipeline reporting and activity management
* Represent the business professionally across WA with autonomy and initiative
About You
* Experience selling CNC machinery or similar capital equipment (industrial machinery strongly preferred)
* Proven track record in BDM, territory management or technical sales roles
* Mechanically or technically minded and able to learn, explain and consult on complex equipment
* Highly autonomous, proactive and confident working independently
* Strong communication and customer engagement skills
* Based in Perth (or willing to relocate to Perth)
* Willing to travel throughout WA for customer visits
* Relocators within Australia or NZ welcome if industry‑experienced (no visa sponsorship)
