Seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our innovative Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bookings, enrollments, and staff schedules in a timely and efficient manner. They will also communicate effectively with OSHC staff, schools, families, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality programs are delivered.
* Roster OSHC employees for shifts and coordinate bookings and enrollments;
* Manage employee leave, shift changes, and staff replacement;
* Communicate with OSHC staff, schools, families, and stakeholders;
* Coordinate incursions and excursions, including bus arrangements;
* Monitor hours worked by OSHC staff and complete Departmental reporting;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Qualifications in Early Childhood/Education or previous experience working in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Strong computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office suite;
* Able to work in a busy environment with tight deadlines;
* Dedication to your job and your team;
* Good presentation and a professional attitude.
