Customer Service Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals
* Providing education on our online platforms and recommending products and services that best suit their needs
* Being the face of customer service, handling transactions, queries and paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront

* Building connections and giving back to the community while having some fun along the way
This is a permanent, part-time position located in Logan Village, with a roster of 60 hours per fortnight.
To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone with:
* Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes us different
* Drive for collaboration and a willingness to work together to achieve our goals
