This role could be a strong fit for you.

Traffic Radius is looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality digital designs for Australian clients across multiple industries.

This is not a basic design role.

We are looking for a modern creative who understands digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, web design, landing pages, branding, email templates, product images, and AI-assisted design workflows.

You should be able to take a brief, understand the client's industry, identify the right visual direction, and create designs that match the customer's taste, brand style, and campaign objective.

You should also be confident using AI tools to improve creativity, speed, concept development, image ideas, campaign variations, and video creative support.

Traffic Radius is a Melbourne-based digital marketing agency.

We help Australian businesses grow through performance-focused campaigns, websites, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and conversion-led digital experiences.

Our team includes designers, PPC specialists, SEO experts, web developers, copywriters, content marketers, and client success managers.

You will work with a team that understands good design is not decoration.

Good design supports business growth.

As our Creative Graphic Designer, you will create designs for:

* Social media posts
* Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
* Carousel ads and static image ads
* Website banners and landing page visuals
* Email templates
* Brochures and presentations
* Brand assets
* Short-form videos, GIFs, and basic motion graphics
* Internal Traffic Radius marketing

You will use AI tools to support ideation, image concepts, video prompts, creative references, campaign mock-ups, and faster execution.

But AI will not replace your design thinking.

You still need strong taste, layout skills, brand judgement, and the ability to know what looks right for an Australian business audience.

You will work closely with the PPC, social media, SEO, web, content, copy, and client success teams.

You will translate marketing briefs into polished, professional, on‐brand designs that support traffic, leads, conversions, and business growth.

You should bring:

* 2–4 years of Creative & AI graphic design experience
* Digital marketing agency experience highly preferred
* Experience designing for Australian clients or Australian business audiences
* Strong understanding of paid advertising, social media, websites, landing pages, email, branding, and digital campaigns
* Hands‐on experience using AI tools for creative ideation, image concepts, design variations, and faster execution
* Strong layout, typography, colour, branding, visual hierarchy, and composition skills
* Understanding of Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, carousel, and image ad requirements
* Ability to design for different industries, audiences, brand styles, and customer preferences
* Good understanding of conversion‐focused design and lead‐generation campaigns
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare clean, ready‐to‐use files
* Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and revisions
* Good communication skills and a positive approach to feedback
* Confidence working independently without constant supervision

You should be comfortable designing for service‐based businesses, local businesses, B2B companies, e‐commerce brands, professional services, home improvement, healthcare, and retail.

Bonus skills that will help you stand out:

* Basic video editing or motion graphics
* Product image editing
* Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
* Experience creating ad variations for A/B testing
* Understanding of CRO and landing page structure
* AI Tools

This role is best suited to someone who has worked in a fast‐paced agency or multi‐client environment.

Someone who understands deadlines, client feedback, different brand styles, different industries, and the need to produce quality work without slowing the team down.

You should be creative, but practical.

Independent, but collaborative.

And confident enough to bring ideas to the table.

This role may not be right for you if you only want to work on one brand, one style, or slow‐moving design projects.

It is also not right if you are uncomfortable using AI tools, working across multiple clients, or creating designs for performance marketing campaigns.

At Traffic Radius, your designs will be used in real campaigns.
