Clerical Officer Receptionist



About the Role


This is a permanent part-time or casual appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.



Key Responsibilities



* Provide professional, customer-focused reception and clerical support to clinics, including operation of the switchboard, support for clinical systems, and delivery of administrative tasks.

* Assist in coordinating appointments, patient records, and communication with clients and healthcare providers.

* Ensure accurate and efficient management of confidential and sensitive information.

* Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve service goals.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

* Support the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
