To support our next phase of growth, we need a motivated Adviser to strengthen our team on the Gold Coast.
Training will be conducted at our office in Kirra, with the role primarily based at Helensvale.
About the Role
As a critical addition to our advice team, and working closely with our Director and Senior Adviser, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through regular review meetings and ongoing support across our financial services offerings, including financial advice, insurance, superannuation, and home loan lending.
Your Day Looks Like:
* Prepare for, and conduct, bi-annual client review meetings with a strong focus on value and outcomes
* Identify changes in client goals and circumstances, and highlight opportunities to improve client strategies, service solutions, and financial outcomes
* Provide high-quality advice support across financial advice, insurance, superannuation, and lending
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every client interaction
* Accurately maintain client files, systems, records, and compliance documentation
* Work collaboratively with advisers and internal teams
About You – ‘must haves’
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset
* Proven sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence in managing conversations, handling objections, and explaining solutions clearly
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
About You ‘nice to haves’
* Experience using HubSpot CRM
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience working with Microsoft Teams
* Background in financial services, or the right attitude and a demonstrated desire to build your career in financial services
