W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Supervisor to join our signature restaurant, The Lex.
The Lex, our riverfront signature restaurant channels the verve and spirit of New York City and provides an intimate space for those seeking sophisticated moments.
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering Whatever/Whenever service that lives up to what our guests expect for a W Hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure Talent collaborate to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Monitor area for seating availability, service, safety and wellbeing of guests
