Responsibilities
Provide leadership, supervision and support to the Allied Health Customer Service team.
Develop and oversee systems and processes to support Allied Health services across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
Build strong relationships with Allied Health teams, Heads of Department and key stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality care and customer service.
Advise and coordinate with Allied Health Professionals and other units on service delivery requirements.
Manage daily office operations, budgets and staffing for the Allied Health Customer Service team.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Relevant experience in health or allied health administration, preferably in a hospital or senior settings.
Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of allied health service delivery models and a commitment to quality and evidence-informed practice.

Salary and Benefits
Salary range
: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum, with a 12% superannuation contribution. Salary packaging is available, including living expenses up to $9,010 and meal entertainment up to $2,650 FBT per year.
