Branch Operations Manager
, you will lead our Service, Parts and Administration team members while building strong partnerships with our valued customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing leadership to the teams ensuring the highest professional standards of performance at all times.
Actively managing safety and risk resulting in an environment and culture that is centred on making sure team members are safe and well.
Being accountable for the engagement of new and existing service and parts customers.
Along with the Operations Manager - WA and General Manager - WA, contribute to the annual business planning process and conducting ad hoc planning, as required.
Overseeing the financial integrity of the service and parts aspects of the business ensuring strong margins are achieved and productivity is high.
Championing and supporting company systems and practices.
Managing the after-sales functions ensuring our customers receive a high-quality and timely service.
Managing the administrative requirements of the branch.
You will bring:
You will already be well-embedded in the agricultural market and have experience in a leadership position – ideally leading parts and/or service teams – with a track record of meeting profit targets and delivering results.
A hands-on leadership approach, enhanced by a resilient and effective work style
Proven capability in developing a leadership group and broader operational teams that are engaged, high performing, collaborative and accountable
