As experts in the commercial & industrial construction sector, my client is well known for delivering tailored design & construction projects. They have developed an exceptional base of repeat clients and are a company many have on their radar for all the right reasons. With a tight knit team, their directors have an exceptional reputation and have excellent retention rates.
They are currently looking for a PM to join their team in a permanent full-time capacity. This is a newly created role in the business and would suit someone who is an experienced Contract Administrator/Junior PM looking to step up.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
* Previous experience working as a Lead Contract Administrator or Project Engineer for a main contractor in commercial building.
* Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, including the internal team, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts effectively and professionally.
