Job Title: Full Time Assistant to the Ministry Team
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our ministry team as a full-time assistant. This role will provide essential support to our senior pastor and elders, enabling us to effectively fulfill our mission of spreading love, sharing faith, and planting visions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the senior pastor and elders in all aspects of church activities, including worship services, prayer meetings, and discipleship gatherings.
* Assist in coordinating music components within weekly services and special programs.
* Provide musical guidance and training to volunteer singers, musicians, and worship team members.
* Maintain musical equipment, sound resources, and rehearsal materials in an orderly and functional condition.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A heart that cares for believers with love and compassion.
* Experience in Christian worship, Bible study, and pastoral care.
* AQF II or III or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. You will report to the Committee Representative – Senior Pastor/Elders.
