As Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional Guest experiences by managing the needs of VIP Guests and informing other Team Members of their requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

* Meet and greet Guests in the lobby area
* Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their needs
* Seek feedback from Guests on a regular basis and respond to all queries in a timely manner
* Manage and resolve Guest complaints promptly
* Maintain high levels of customer service across Reception, Lobby area and Executive Lounge
* Develop a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for upselling and promoting
* Communicate with the Executive Lounge Manager and track and reward regular Guests for their loyalty

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* Previous managerial experience in a customer service function
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a flexible approach to different work situations
