Personal Care Role
We are seeking a casual personal care worker to enhance the lives of residents at our retirement community.
* Support residents' independence and well-being
* Contribute to their physical and emotional needs
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support
* Experience in dementia care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
* Implement care interventions guided by a registered nurse
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes

Requirements
* A current certificate iii in individual support or relevant qualification
* Experience working in aged care or a related field
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
