We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic payroll team in a casual capacity (4-5 days a week). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team.- Assist with phone and ticketing queries from staff and external stakeholders.- Perform data entry and payroll processing tasks.- Handle various ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the payroll team operates effectively.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a payroll administration support role is essential.- Sound knowledge of computer and payroll systems (Chris21 and Workday would be ideal).- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, complex environment.- Solid attention to detail and excellent communication skills.- Proficiency in handling phone and ticketing queries in a professional manner.
