About The Role Join a community-connected early learning service with a strong focus on relationships, wellbeing, and high-quality education. Working closely with the Educational Leader / ECT, you will: Contribute to educational programming Mentor and support educators Assist with day-to-day leadership of the service when required This role provides a meaningful leadership opportunity while allowing you to enjoy a relaxed regional lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Educational Leader/ECT to develop, implement, and reflect on the educational program Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and management Support day-to-day service operations in the absence of the Director/Nominated Supervisor Uphold and lead compliance with NQS, EYLF, and National Regulations Mentor and support educators, encouraging professional growth Promote a culture of wellbeing, inclusion, and reflective practice Opportunity for the right educator to be mentored into an Educational Leader / 2IC pathway Benefits Competitive Salary: Up to $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skills Work–Life Balance: Paid school holiday breaks and one professional development day per term; enjoy a relaxed lifestyle surrounded by nature Relocation Support: Assistance may be available, including access to The Welcome Experience for housing, childcare, partner employment, and community connections Professional Development: Ongoing training, mentoring, and career growth opportunities Wellbeing Support: Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career Progression: Opportunity to grow into Educational Leader or 2IC roles Requirements Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available) Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care 1–3 years’ industry experience in a similar role Current NSW Working With Children Check Current First Aid (HLTAID012 – CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis) and Child Protection training Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations Leadership capability and confidence supporting educators and contributing to team culture Passion for children’s learning, wellbeing, and quality early education Willingness to undertake a National Police Check Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle About Us C2C Recruitment Group partners with leading Early Childhood Education and OSHC providers across Australia, connecting passionate educators with meaningful career opportunities.
